As we, at Citizens believe in providing equal opportunity to all the members thus we follow the Hierarchical System to help the students to overcome their problems. ie. Principal - Supervisor - Teacher. We do pay attention to all the students, but one can't be everywhere to observe and analyze everything, so we have appointed school supervisors, to help and solve the problems of each and every student at the earliest.

Normally supervisors do the work related with the school administration, but for our students the supervisor is most important as they perform the following tasks :

• Individual class work checking
• Prepare individual positive & negative points about particular students (related with education, school, family, friends, etc.) for betterment of students
• Resolve difficulties of students
• Guide and check the work of teachers and many such other works
